Promoting Girls Education

The UHET is committed to encouraging girl’s education through school awareness and community level sensitization program. The girl students and their parents are sensitized about the long-term benefits of higher education to use their potential and better their career opportunities and income. It works towards dissuading mindset/psychology of the family members /girls from dropping out and by providing help and supports, which are required to continue their higher education. UHET believe that when a girl gets an opportunity to pursue higher education, she can yield fruits when she completes it and be able to support their family and siblings. The efforts of the UHET, on educating a girl student has revealed in the results of its beneficiaries’ gender ratio. 4,968 (67%) of beneficiaries are Girls
