- In 2012-13, the UHET initiated its activities in three blocks, in the meantime its working areas were gradually expanded and in the course of time by 2016 it has covered almost 21 Blocks.
- In 2014-15, “Orientation and Awareness programme on Importance and Access to Higher Education” for higher secondary school students was initiated to accelerate the needs of career planning for their better future.
- 2015-16 onwards “Education Fair” was organized jointly with FARIDA shoe at Ambur region as an effort for community outreach to display available opportunities for higher education.
- 2016-17: Launching vocational training for diploma student jointly TVS Group & “SHINE” – for IT skill enhancement jointly with Aspire Systems.
